We, the undersigned object to planning application P26/0066 Holbeach and any further planning applications that relate to the building of homes on Greenbelt land in either Kingswinford or Wall Heath eg: “the Triangle” which borders Lodge Land and the A449. Our objections are based on the following material considerations:

Objections for Building on the Green Belt in Wall Heath Kingswinford

The Environmental impact will be catastrophic with regards to the hedgerow wildlife, the birds that nest a live all year round like the Skylark, Meadow Lark, Owls, Sparrowhawks and Buzzards.

Green Belt should be protected as there are plenty of brown sites in the borough that developers can build on.

The infrastructure would have to be completely revamped as currently we’re full, GPs, dentists, Hospital waiting times and the schools are full (the local schools agree and support this).

Highways are at breaking point with the flow of traffic through Wall Heath and Kingswinford, the roads are in disrepair and putting a further 1000+ cars in the local area will be catastrophic.

Choke points to the main A roads will be chaos.

The Noise and disturbance will again be impacted for the whole community.

Government Policy – its not grey belt and never has been and we don’t agree that the change can be met with a box ticking exercise.
